After Installation

• remove /var/lib/mediawiki/config directory
• configuration file is copied under /etc/mediawiki/LocalSettings.php

• Added the following to /etc/mediawiki/LocalSettings.php:

# Restrict account creation
$wgGroupPermissions['*']['createaccount'] = false;

# Restrict anonymous editing of all pages
$wgGroupPermissions['*']['edit'] = false;
